Find and replace: story and to end of story missing

In find and replace, the ability to find within a 'story' or to the 'end of story' has disappeared - meaing you have to F&R the whole document - which isnt useful! Please can you resinstate it, and let me know why it was removed? Or is this just a glitch?

Works fine for me on the latest version of InDesign. See this screengrab

Try trashing your preferences if that does not work try reinstalling the software.

You need to select the textframe and then the option should appear, "End Of Story" option appears when you place the cursor inside a text frame i.e. inside the story.

That doesnt work anymore - yes, it used to be exactly that but now it's stopped working!

As you can see, the text frame is slected, but there is no "story" or "to End of Story" option.
