Find/Change Ellipses in Indesign

I'm working on a document (InDesign CC on a Mac) in which I need to find all occurences of ellipses (created by the author as three dots with no spacing like this, "word...word"). I want to replace it with a proper ellipses ("word . . . word"). Because the existing ellipses are "attached" to the words before and after them, a simple search for "..." doesn't work. Any suggestions?

Found the answer myself and posting it here in case it's helpful for anyone else. The Grep symbol for an ellipsis is "~e". I simply ran a search for that symbol and replaced it with " . . . "

For what it's worth, this Grep cheat sheet by Erica Gamet proved quite helpful: http://www.ericagamet.com/wp-content/uploads/2016/04/Erica-Gamets-GREP-Cheat-Sheet.pdf
