font cannot be added due to conflict

hello , i am having troubles with the font. i am working with indesign and two of my fonts havent been working , i tried deactivating and reistalling still doenst work. only message error message I recieve is saying " font annot be added due to conflict "

What's your version of InDesign and operating system?

What font is it? How it is made available to your document?

Well, perhaps also a screenshot of the error message could help.
