Font style available in one doc but not another

Here's a weird one. I'm trying to replicate the styles from one document to another, but 97 Black Condensed and 97 Black Condensed Oblique (Styles of Helvetica Neue LT Std) simply aren't available in the second document. Any ideas? I've tried reinstalling the font files, and I've tried restarting ID, but no luck.

Hi Valerie,

usually that would be the case if the fonts are provided by a Document fonts folder.

The one Document fonts folder has some font files, the other one is missing the ones.

So check the folders of your documents.

Are there Document fonts folders there?
And if yes, what do they contain?
