CC updated my InDesign application last night and now FontBase has stopped working. The plugin that was in the 2020 folder (especially useful as InDesign 2020 has been deleted!) doesn't work in 2021. Is there a fix to this or is there a way to re-instate the previous version?

Contact the developers of Fontbase... But you can still use the main Fontbase app to activate fonts, it is just the Auto-activation part that for now will not work.

That said, use the CC app to reinstall InDesign 2020 again when needed. Oh: and create backups of course so you can copy over installed plug ins 😉

Thanks. I have contacted FontBase. I'll wait a little while before I re-install 2020. The auto activation works, only when the font in chosen in InDesign, it crashes "Fontworker" and only THEN becomes available to use. It does the same when activating or de-activating. On a couple of times I've done this so far, it has also caused InDesign to hang.
