After my ePub conversion, the footnote designations appear as superscript links in the running text and lead to pop-ups of the footnote text - cool. But at the end of each chapter, the text from all footnotes appears tacked onto the end of the chapter text. Not cool.
How do I avoid getting duplicated footnote text showing up at the end of the chapter? (It shows up only in the ePub file, not in the original inDesign doc.)
I am having this problem as well. Is this always the way the pop-ups display? I am exporting to reflowable epub, to Kindle Previewer which DOES support epub 3 unless someone knows something I don't know? Help!
