For historical legal reasons, InDesign does not package CJK (Asian Chinese, Japanese, and Korean) fonts. No workaround, sorry.
@DovIsaacs if this is the case? What is the LEGAL resposibility when a font is purchased from Myfonts.com commercial use and then transferred ?

Check the license. I can almost assure you that you are not allowed to transfer those fonts. The packaging feature is designed to assure that the recipient is using the same version of the font but they are still expected to have a license.
Adobe has no responsibility at all to help you with this.

But these fonts are purchased ?

What Bob meant is the feature is just meant to ensure that the same version of font is used by the sender and reciever. But it still needs to be purchased by both the parties. So this feature is just a good to have thing which is not related to approving or disapproving the font license validity

Bottom line is the EULA which states that the font needs to be licenced by both parties
Thank you all for the help
