For historical legal reasons, InDesign does not package CJK (Asian Chinese, Japanese, and Korean) fonts. No workaround, sorry.

@DovIsaacs if this is the case? What is the LEGAL resposibility when a font is purchased from Myfonts.com commercial use and then transferred ?

You're beating a dead horse. It's irrelevant how you got them. I has been this way for more 20 years.

With all the time you've spent posting about this you could have just copied those fonts into the document fonts folder that was packaged with the document.

Check the license. I can almost assure you that you are not allowed to transfer those fonts. The packaging feature is designed to assure that the recipient is using the same version of the font but they are still expected to have a license.

Adobe has no responsibility at all to help you with this.

What Bob meant is the feature is just meant to ensure that the same version of font is used by the sender and reciever. But it still needs to be purchased by both the parties. So this feature is just a good to have thing which is not related to approving or disapproving the font license validity

You never “purchase” a font. You pay for a license which allows you to use it. And most of the EULA forbid you to transfer it to anyone else. Some foundries even forbid to use a font on multiple sites of the same company.

Bottom line is the  EULA which states that the font needs to be licenced by both parties
