Form InDesign to Photoshop

Hy guys, 

Can I move my In Design accounto to an Photoshop Account? I don't use InDesign that much and I'd rather to pay 19,99 euro for Photoshop (without paying any "fine" for ending the licence in advabce.

The Photography plan, which includes Photoshop and Lightroom, costs around $10 a month.
