Form text fields not working with Publish Online

I can't seem to capture any data when building forms into an interactive PDF and publishing them online. The text fields don't allow the end user to input anything into them / they simply appear flat.

Forms do not work in Publish Online documents. If you want a form, you can use a workaround and create a separate web form. Then insert the code for form via the "Insert HTML" function in Indesign.
