Fractions and Numbers

I have two problems where I need help.

1. I need numbers in stylesheet as shown in the fig.

2. I need to keep fraction as normal text as shown in the fig. I kep them as anchored object.

Any help is appreciated.

Interesting... iwill try to setup this as some stylesheets. Or as a table with stylesheets...
