Hello. I have recently ended a trial period connected to my uni account. I bought the 16 pound a month all app student deal so I could carry on using it. This worked for a few days/ week, however now it's logged me out and saying it's the end of my trial period. However I have paid for it. I have been sent an email with a new Apple ID but when I log into it, it says I haven't purchased anything. Please could someone help, I have a dissertation hand in, in a few days!
