I ONLY HAVE 1 DAY USING THE TEST LICENSE AND SIGNED FOR ONE MONTH. TODAY I PLACED A VIDEO IN MY PROJECT, TO LEARN HOW TO CONFIGURE AND USE THIS RESOURCE. BY CLICKING ON THE "MEDIA" OPTION, THE SCREEN STARTED TO INCREASE, AND EVERY TIME I CLICK AGAIN, THE PANEL CONTINUES INCREASING, UNTIL THE PROGRAM LOCKED. WHAT SHOULD I DO?

I would switch to a different workspace, save it to a custom name and try again.

If that does not help I would trash preferences and caches and start over again.

[1] Quit InDesign.

[2] On Windows 10 preferences can be found here:

USERNAME > AppData > Roaming > Adobe > InDesign > Version 15.0

Zip the Version 15.0 folder if you are using InDesign 2020 and then remove it.

[3] On Windows 10 caches can be found here:

USERNAME > AppData > Local

Can you show screenshot?

Remember, never say you can't do something in InDesign, it's always just a question of finding the right workaround to get the job done. © David Blatner

If that does not help I would uninstall InDesign, restart the machine, log out from Creative Cloud Desktop App, log in again and install InDesign again.
