Good resources on leveraging the VSCode ExtendScript debugger

I have the debugger loaded, and have been able to use it to launch and debugs in InDesign. But I still don't fully understand setting breakpoints and how to step through them. Does anyone have any good resources or tips for how they approach debugging in ES. Thanks.
