HI,

I was working in Indesign last week, no problem. I've created a new file today and it's stuck in GPU preview (this is same for saved files too). Can't place images or even add text.

Everything is grayed out so I can't access preferences. After lots of research I can't seem to find a way to resolve this. Please help!

I'm on a 2021 Macbook.

Many thanks

Only thing I can suggest is resetting preferences.

That out of the way, M1 or Intel?

Lots of issues with the M1 machines due to rosetta incompatibilities. There's a beta available.
