I have to replace the style when the words come up
Monday, 
Tuesday, 
Wednesday, 
Thursday, 
Friday, 
Saturday, 

always the day, and then the comma with the space. I just have to change the style when I find this. How do I do that?

\b(Mon|Tues|Wednes|Thurs|Fri|Satur)day,\h

 

and leave the Change To field blank. Set the style in the Change To Formatting.

 

You can save the query to re-run it later by clicking on the floppy disk icon and giving it a useful name; then it will appear in the dropdown list. (https://helpx.adobe.com/indesign/using/find-change.html#find_change_items_using_queries)
