When I export pdfs with links it replaces any hastags in the links themselves with %23 which obviously breaks the link. Everything else works fine as long as the link does not have a #.
Examples:
https://theparentaltoolbox.com/htb/#p1 in InDesign turns into
https://theparentaltoolbox.com/htb/%23p1 on export (link copied direclty from pdf using acrobat and/or preview)
I've tested manually rewriting the entire link and turning off shared links. Other suggestions?
