Hi there,

i'm trying to use data merge to do an employees cards,

all are ok for English,

but for the Arabic letters, things become strange it became like Alien language over there,

i need you're advice,

Hi @trendyart,

This might be an encoding issue with the CSV file. Please go through the following discussion and try the suggested encoding

https://community.adobe.com/t5/indesign/adobe-indesign-data-merge-wrong-encoding/m-p/11618034?page=1#M404763

Also, make sure that the font applied to the text has all the required glyphs and that the proper paragraph composer is applied
