Help with finding space and structure errors in document

Thanks in advance for helping!

I have a standard letter format that each letter that comes across my desk should be in that same format.

The words change, but the spaces should always be the same. Usually daily I spend a majority of my day seeing if those spaces and format match the template with the correct spaces and numbering.

Is there a way to make this process move faster that anyone could suggest? I believe I may be able to create a format in Indesign that would do this for me or atleast the spacing. ANY help would be VERY appreciated!

Are you talking about the spaces between the paragraphs? I would do that with paragraph styles. If you'd like to share a screenshot of exactly what you need, we could be more specific.
