How can I do the ‘Convert Bullets and Numbering to Text’ process in anchor text box

Hi my indesign document have more anchor object and we have set Query number in anchor object its like red color box with Q1 the Q2 all Q1, Q2, ext must be placed in red color box. Here my problem is I want to convert numbering to text format. How can I do the ‘Convert Bullets and Numbering to Text’ process in anchor text box. Is any other script for convert the numbering to text in anchor box.
