How can I find indesign templates that are not page facing?

All of the indesign templates I've found are page facing. Is there anyway to sort through templates that are not? 

 

I'm trying to create a document that will never be printed, so it doesn't make sense for it to be page facing.

In new doc, just uncheck facing pages and save it as preset.
