I need to review which styles in my document are based on others to make sure they are correct. Is there a way to easily view all the styles with the styles they are based on (for instance in an outline form)? This would apply to both paragraph and character styles.

Thanks, I downloaded that script, but I don't know what to do with it... what program does it run in? Do I run it in InDesign?

You run the installed scripts (from InDesign): Windows > Utilities > Scripts

Did it do what you wanted, it would be useful to have some feedback.

Kinda, sorta. It did show all the connections, which definitely is a great thing, but it would have been helpful to be able to print it out. I really appreciate the help... and I also learned about Scripts in the process. Thanks!

How about taking a screen shot of the resulting connections, and printing that?

The screen the results are displayed on is small. Would have to take several screen shots... but it is better than nothing.

You can always add a feature request to add this directly to a future versions of InDesign here:
