How to get page number in a overview?

I am making a catalog for tools and in five different places we have a overview of different tools and every time I add pages I need to go back to all overviews and update the (page) numbers that is in the oerviews.

How do I insert a specific page number in a table that is conected to a specific page? So if a add or move a page I want the page number in the overview tabel to automaticly change.

You need to use Cross References
