How to turn on Smart Guides in InDesign?

I have somehow lost the ability to easily align text, objects etc. Previously, when moving text boxes or images etc. I would get light green or purple guides to show relatiove distance to other spacing and objects on a page. How do I turn this back on?

I don't even know what the function is called! 🙂
