I have to make magazines/catalogs from time-to-time and turn them into flipbooks. I have been searching all over an cannot find what I am needing.

Essentially I need a script that will take an external file and hyperlink images within my indesign document.

for example:
K:adobe-logo.jpg     https://community.adobe.com/
C:logo.jpg     http://my-website.com

Does anyone know of something of the sort? or even something close to this?
I've been searching for free or paid scripts but I cannot find anything. This has definitely pushed me into the direction of learning how to code my own scripts, but it a neccessity now unfortunately.

I'm aware of other services such as easycatalog, but I cannot get approvals of my company to purchase it.

Thanks in advance.

Hi there!
Taking your example, I wrote a quick & dirty script to get you started.

Here I posted the script plus the files I used for testing.

Hope it helps!
