Hi

I have created an interactive PDF with hyperlinks to different wepgages however on one particular page of the PDF, most of the hyperlinks once you click on them take you to the same Tripadvisor webpage.

In the indesign document itself the links are all green and have the correct URLs - nowhere in the document is there a link to the mentioned tripadvisor page. It is only on export to PDF that the problem arises.

I have tried exporting as print and interactive

I have tried unchecking "shard destination"

I have tried deleting the hyperlink and starting again by adding a new one

- None of these work!

Anyone know what could be causing this?

Thanks

You pasted in the wrong URL – copy it from the actual site and try pasting it into the field again.

All of the links in the indesign document are linked to the correct URLs

I have tried deleting them and re-creating each of them but still it goes to the same incorrect webpage
