Hyperlinks to pages within document are not working when I publish online

Hi, 

I've created an org chart document that has many hyperlinks to other pages within the document. When I export as a PDF (interactive PDF) all these hyperlinks are working. However, when I publish the document online, they don't work. I tried creating a new PDF preset which includes hyperlinks and selecting this preset under Advanced Settings when publishing online, but this has not worked. 

How can I resolve this? Thanks.

Don't work where? In the Publish Online file or on the downloadable PDF?

In the Publish Online file - I can't click on any of the hyperlinks to other pages. They work fine the downloaded PDF
