Hyphenation issue in InDesign file

Hi,

We have issue in finding the Hard hyphen after High res PDF is generated from the Adobe InDesign CS6 to all higher version of InDesign.

If the Master page item of InDesign application file having any frames(Picture/Text) inside the text area then the hard hyphen inside the text pages are not searchable in PDF(High Resolution) setting.

Can any one suggest me how to sort this out.

While I'm not certain I truly understand your explanation of the problem, I'd say it's not so much a "hyphenation" issue as it is a matter of PDF seach-ability. Is being able to find a hyphen in your PDF a critical feature?
