Hi

Could anyone tell me what I´m doing wrong?

With the rectangular frame selected, I click on the eydropper tool then I go to a colored image in the document and that color

doesn´t show/copy in the selected rectangular frame.

Thank you so much for your answers.

There are a few possibilities:

  1. There may be a frame on top of the colored frame you are clicking on that you didn't realize was there.
  2. InDesign allows a single click with the eyedropper. If you miss your mark and want to try again, hold the Alt/Opt key and try again.
  3. One can control what InDesign will sample. Double click the Eyedropper tool in the Toolbox to open the Eyedropper options.
  4. The Eyedropper tool looks similar to the Color Theme tool. Confirm you have the right tool.

Try going to properties. You can alway add color from there.
