I can´t create a new doc

Hello, I have a problem with my program, when I want to create a new document the window is blocked and it doesn´t work, the information doesn´t appear so I must work with the preview settings. I don´t know what to do, I uninstalled the program In Design several times and I also tried with preview versions but it still doesn´t work.
