I Can't download SDK

I am trying to download the SDK for InDesign, but I get an error message "AuthorizationFailure" and cannot download it.
The error message says "This request is not authorized to perform this operation. RequestId:27370c5c-c01e-002d-70f0-1614f3000000 Time:2021-03-12T03:31:37 It says ".6215976Z".
I used to be able to download it without any problem (last downloaded on 2021/01/06), but now I can't seem to download any SDKs. Is this due to a complete change in the design of the download site?
How can I get it to work?

Same issue on my side to download AfterEffect SDK.

Error message:

Thanks for the reply. I am relieved to know that there were others in the same situation.
I just tried again and was able to download it.
It may have been a temporary glitch.
