Hi,

I have a problem with a free trial cancelation.

I used already the trial days of the CC, the one with access to all the apps.

Then I saw inside the CC app that I could get 7 trial days extra of InDesign and I decided to explore the deal.

When I clicked on it, the trial period got activated at once, showing me that I have 7 days left.

Now (having 6 days still left) I want to cancel the trial of InDesign but I can not make it from my account page. I followed what they say here:

https://helpx.adobe.com/de/manage-account/using/cancel-subscription.html

And it shows me just the CC free trial that I already cancelled. InDesign is not shown anywhere.

Does somebody know how can get to cancel it? Should I write to Adobe directly?

Thanks in advance.

Best Regards

Freddy
