I deleted an object in Master page but it didn't delete on the regular pages & now I can't delete it

 I am making digital planners and when I applied some binder rings to my cover and page masters; it applied those rings to the other covers and pages which was great but... I didn't like the look. So I  deleted them off the cover and page master but the problem is it did not get deleted from the other pages and covers. Now I don't know how to delete the unwanted rings from the pages when the cover and page master don't have them anymore and ctrl z isn't working. Do I need to start all over or is there still a solution.

Sorry don't know how to delete this post now. I just refreshed my Pc and the objects( binder rings) were gone?
