Hello Famafoto,

 

It's either one or the other......I would check with whoever supplied you the spec sheet for clarification because.....

2160px x 2160px = 30in x 30in

25in x 25in = 1800px x 1800px

FWIW: You could always change ruler units with an existing document.

Also independently with vertical and horizontal rulers.

 

Move your cursor to the "cross-hair" corner where both rulers meet, invoke the context menu if you want to change the units for x- and y-direction at the same time. Move your cursor either to the horizontal or the vertical ruler, if you want to change the ruler units individually.

( This comes handy for some typesetting purposes where I need Points in vertical direction and Millimeters in horizontal direction. )
