I just purchased Indesign & .exe file not responding while trying to install can some one help

I just purchased Indesign & .exe file not responding while trying to install can some one help. 

I ran as administrator and tried many times and there is no prompt either for installation.

How did you purchase this file? Any particular reason why you can't install the Creative Cloud app via the Adobe website and then install any programs from there?
