I need help with scrolling text in overlays!

I can't make my text scroll in the eBook I created!

Was this feature taken out? Am I doing something wrong?

This used to work in older versions of InDesign, but now, with the 2020 one, it doesn't behave like I remember!

I set it to scroll and then when I publish it, it simply doesn't do anything. I thought it was because I was using my computer to view my work, but when I tried on my phone nothing changed. 

Can someone help me out? Thanks in advance!

Adobe have dropped DPS, but you can create scrolling text in InDesign’s Publish Online documents and FXL ePubs.
