I'm trying to create an Interactive Map with Buttons. I know how to add the buttons and Hide, etc. That's all working fine.
I'm having trouble with my high res picture that I'm using as a button, coming out fuzzy. I've got Overprint View checked on my document and High Quality Display checked but it's still coming out fuzzy. What am I doing wrong???
Here's the button I'm using:

Depending on the format of the image, you may be able to improve it using Object > Export Options > EPUB and HTML tab. Increase the resolution. Also, what is your final output?

I'll try your suggestions and let you know what happens.
I was planning on using Adobe PDF Interactive. We usually use it as a Print
out but I also want to be able to email the map to customers. I've heard
that using that may not be the best to use but I'm unfamiliar with EPUB or
anything like that.
Do you have a preference on the best way to do this?

Is there a chance that the image you're using just doesn't have sufficient resolution at the size in which you are using it? Interactive PDF success can be spotty since you can't control how a user opens the PDF (i.e. in a web browser or which application they use to open the PDF).
Have you considered using Publish Online? It's not a steep learning curve and you can simply supply your users with a web URL instead of sending them a file.

I like using Publish Online for these types of projects. Users can view using any browser (but they do need internet access, which they would presumably have by virtue of reading email). You can include all types of interactivity for things like your map. You could have a link to it in your email.
Here are some examples of the many types of things that can be done with InDesign and Publish Online: http://bit.ly/PubOnCollection

"it said the images need to be 96ppi. I changed my images to that size and they're still fuzzy."
How did you change the resolution?
What was it before you changed it?
What are the image's dimensions?
When you select the image in InDesign, what is the Effective Resolution?
Do you still have an original copy of the image that doesn't look "fuzzy"?
