The default for adjusting tracking is: 

Decrease: Alt+Left Arrow (Windows) or Option+Left Arrow (Mac)
Increase:Alt+RightArrow (Windows) or Option+Right Arrow (Mac)

 

The default for adjusting word spacing is: 

Decrease: Ctrl+Alt+Backspace (Windows) or Command+Option+Delete (Mac)
Increase: Ctrl+Alt+\ (Windows) or Command+Option+\ (Mac)
