In-design not opening

We are using Adobe Creative cloud 2018 to deploy In-design on users PC, once the installation has been done user are not able to launch the application through start menu but able to open through creative cloud app.

User is on Windows 10 machine, please suggest.

That sounds like you might have a Windows Start menu issue.

Have a look at the Microsoft forums for help.

But am able to launch the Acrobat Standard perfectly fine

if it's the only application that's not launching from the Start menu, I'd suggest removing and adding the InDesign shortcut from the menu.
