In design won't launch

All my problem started after I upgraded to the latest 2020 version 
I've already uninstall and run the adobe cleaner I also installed the earlier version then I deleted and installed the previous version because it was working before I did the update. But it's still not working. It doesn't even attempt to open. 

what can I do next?

I actually have window 10 and the InDesign I have installed I believe is 14.05
