If you are trying to create a paragraph style in which the bullet head lines up with the left margin of the rest of the body text and the bullet text indent is inward from the left margin then go to the Indent and Spacing section of the New Paragraph Style dialog.  Set the left indent as a positive number and the first line indent as a negative amount that is equal to the indent amount. Manually insert a tab after each bullet head that the new paragraph style is applied to and the bullet text in the first line will align with all of the rest of the lines in the bullet.

You can also do this using the Bullets and Numbering Section of the New Paragraph Style dialog (shown below). Personally I have always preferred the first way since it leaves the actual bullet head selectable and (to me) more easily customizable. With Bullets and Numbering the bullet text is selectable onscreen but the bullet head itself can only be edited within the dialog window. The one advantage Bullets and Numbering has though is that the tab after the bullet head can be set up as part of the style.

If it is related to the text then it stays in line.

If not related then there's no reason to indent.

I think the way you have it looks good.
