InDesign 15.0.2 crashing on startup on Mac OSCatalina

My InDesign has started crashing on startup. I'm getting the following every time I launch it.

I have uninstalled, restarted, deleted fonts, tried the plug-in. Nothing seems to be working. 

 

Can anyone help?

Hi there,

 

Sorry to hear about your experience. Please try resetting the Adobe InDesign preferences once. Please follow the instructions below to do that:

  • Close all adobe applications 
  • Go to Locations:  
  • ~/Library/Caches 
  • ~/Library/Preferences 
  • Rename Adobe InDesign and com.adobe.indesign to Adobe InDesign.old and com.adobe.indesign.old 
  • Launch InDesign from the CC 

 

**Please note that resetting preferences will remove all the custom settings and InDesign will launch with default settings. This way all your old settings will be saved in .old folders and InDesign will recreate new folders with default settings.

Let us know how it goes.

Thanks for responding, Hannah. Please try uninstalling InDesign using Creative Cloud Cleaner Tool (https://helpx.adobe.com/creative-cloud/kb/cc-cleaner-tool-installation-problems.html) and install it again using Creative Cloud. Hope it helps. Thanks!
