Hello,
I am an IT professional and I need to help an employee facing problems with Indesign 15.1.1. Below the employee's report:
"InDesign crashes any time I need to read the entire text of a coloured text box with inner spacing and try to expand it by using Ctrl + Alt + C."
Sorry for the bad English and I appreciate the support.

Hi there,
Sorry to hear about this. Would you mind sharing version of the OS?
Does it happen with a specific file or all?
Have you tried resetting preferences? If not, please try doing that. You may follow this help article to reset the preferences.
**Please note that resetting preferences will remove all the custom settings and InDesign will launch with default settings. You can also take a backup of the folders in case you want to. Location is mentioned in the article.
Let us know how it goes. Looking forward to your response.
Regards,
Ashutosh

Hi Ashutosh,
We tried to reset the preferences, but the error persists. And we tested the installation of previous versions of Indesign 15.1, but without success.
We use Indesign 15.1.1 and Windows 10 1903.
Sorry for the bad English and I appreciate the support.
