Indesign 16.3 release for the rest of the world

Does anyone know when the Apple M1 chip version (16.3) of Indesign is available for the rest of the world? There are articles on the internet confirming its release yet i'm still only able to download 16.2.

there is yet another new version under way: 16.3.1 for Mac OS only

https://helpx.adobe.com/indesign/kb/fixed-issues.html

 

Should be available the next days or next week to everyone on Mac OS.
