Hello, for my work we use Adobe InDesign 2015 and are not yet able to update to the 2020 version. Today my 2015 version crashed my computer and although my computer seems to be working fine now, the 2015 version on InDesign won't open and it doesnt have an error messages pop up.

I tried calling Adobe customer service and they said that they are unable to help with older versions than the latest ones for any of their products and said to come here.

Any insight would be appreciated!
