Hi,

Since this morning, my InDesign 2019 and InDesign 2020 keep freezing at startup.

They worked fine yesterday and there was no new update between then and now.

I'm on Mac OS High Sierra (10.13.6) and both my InDesign are up to date.

Illustrator and Photoshop are working fine, so is Acrobat.

I flushed my preferences, cleared my caches and deleted the recovery folders.

I also logged out and logged back in from Creative Cloud.

I temporarily deactivated my Suitcase Fusion and deactivated all Typekit fonts.

I tried uninstalling and reinstalling.

I tried running SOS from Disk Utilities and OnyX.

It still won't work.

Anyone has any pointers to what to try?

Thanks!

Can you run activity monitor when starting the apps one at a time to see if anything shows up? Also How much RAM do you have ?
Did you run the cleaner install app to completely remove the Adobe apps and not just uninstall them ?
