Buongiorno,

sorry, any news for this problem pls??

Yes, I solved it! I opened the files one at a time and by hand I saved in Indesign 2021 ... all of them ... (about 850 files !!!) thanks

I don't wanna hurt you but will say my strong opinion: will never understand people who do place images to .indd from many different folders and then do loud voice that can't find where the image is. Why don't do package from time to time and have it all the images in ONE links folder?

Ok, you not want to have package. What's wrong with having few folders instead hundreds for publication? Then you can do relink in few steps - https://creativepro.com/fastest-find-missing-links/

Remember, never say you can't do something in InDesign, it's always just a question of finding the right workaround to get the job done. © David Blatner
