Dear all.

I need help with a CC Library in InDesign 2020. This morning the library cann't use my elements from Drag & Drop in a InDesign document.

At the moment I have tried:

1) Close and re-open session in Creative Cloud.

2) Re-install CC Library(I have seen in Adobe forums: two ways simple and complex)

3) Change the Adobe ID.

4) Re-install all Adobe Products using the good way for it from 'Creative Cloud Desktop'. After uninstall it I have run the Adobe Cleanner Tool, empty trash and reboot the system.

5) I have tried to create a new user and it show the same error.

My OS is MacOS Big Sur.

I need help because for my company and organization is necessary to use the Adobe CC Library between my workmates. This error is show in local and share libraries.

Please Could you help me?

Thanks!
