INDESIGN 2020 WON'T OPEN

Hey guys!

I just updated InDesign to 2020 and now it won't move past this screen and won't open. My mac laptop runs on catalina, I have deleted, unistalled the app and re installed it and still looks like this.

I actually have the same problem with Illustrator and Photoshop since updating to 2020.

How much RAM do you have?

 

Perhaps unistall the applications, using the drop-down menu in the Creative Cloud app, and run Adobe Cleaner before reinstalling them again. https://helpx.adobe.com/uk/creative-cloud/kb/cc-cleaner-tool-installation-problems.html
