Hi im trying to figure out how to show the preview from using the pen tool. Ive read that ther was an option called rubberband but is not longer avaible in the 2020 indesign

The "rubber band" preview of the Pen tool is a feature of Adobe Illustrator or Adobe Photoshop. Sadly, it has never existed in Adobe InDesign.
