Instead of linking to your png file, could you use the Insert Photos button?

Hallo Markus,

Michael Pabst, 18. Mär 2021, 14:39

https://www.hilfdirselbst.ch/gforum/gforum.cgi?post=579173#579173

Users ▸ username ▸ Library ▸ Preferences ▸ Adobe ▸ Color ▸ ACEConfigCache2.lst

Uwe Laubender

Hello,
I have several computers with this problem, the steps of eliminating the ACEConfigCache2.lst file and doing the synchronization by bridge have been tried, works but after 2 weeks or so the color adjustments are deactivated and the problem is returned, which is why this fix does not work Do you have any other ideas? The computers are MacBook Pro OS Catalina
Thx

Hi caui54825797,

did you observe what causes the issue the last time?
An update, also a minor update, to InDesign? To PhotoShop? To Illustrator? To Adobe Bridge?

Regards,
Uwe Laubender

Hello, No, the person uses the InDesign PhotoShop Illustrator programs at the same time , InDesign the only thing that he was to the previous version the rest updated to the latest at no time were the programs updated. Now I have tried to put all the programs in penultimate version eliminating the bridge and eliminating the file of ACEConfigCache2.lst I suppose it is normal that after deleting the file ACEConfigCache2.lst it returns to general?

Thx

Photoshop is the problem!
The color settings fit and remain until Photoshop is opened. At that moment, Bridge switches over.

Hello, In my case photoshop cannot be the problem since users use several adobe programs at the same time and it works for a while. It also seems to be that returning to the penultimate version of all the programs the problem is solved.
